RJ Waller Engineering Ltd specialise in both CNC and manual Milling and Turning of bespoke components from a wide range of industries including aviation, medical, motor and construction. We apply the same procedures and standards to the single, bespoke component for the hobbyist needing a part they cannot buy off the shelf to the multinational company requiring several thousand items for one of their products sold worldwide.
Our Promise For Quality and Quantity
We maintain a consistently high quality of product, from one-offs to quantities of tens, hundreds or thousands, by constantly checking components at each stage of the machining process. This way we ensure that the completed part that comes off the machine first is exactly the same dimensions and quality as the tenth, hundredth, thousandth and final part that comes off. We also often keep a spare component on any batch parts we run for both future reference, as many of our customers return for more of the same items, as well as past reference should a customer come back to us after completion about a specific part. This way we have one to view in stores that we know is the same as what the customer has received.
